-Answering and directing calls/messages (knowing how to screen)
-Responds to general administrative inquiries and requests.
-Prioritizes and negotiates organizational needs regarding meetings, timeframes and deadlines.
-Completing and tracking monthly expense reports.
-Assisting with the creation of training materials and content.
-Handles highly sensitive and confidential information.
-Excellent organizational skills;
-Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment;
-Excellent attention to detail;
-Excellent communication skills.
-2-3 years of receptionist/admin experience
