- Manage job postings
- Organize applicants, and conduct preliminary candidate sourcing using our CRM (Bullhorn) as well as other candidate sourcing sites
- Detailed screening of candidates including interviews and reference checks
- Format resumes and package up for client submission
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- Establish, maintain, and update files, database, records, and/or other documents
- Manage the day to day workflow resolving requests and issues proactively
- Assist in the preparation of documents, spreadsheets, and databases
- Participate in team meetings capturing action items and sharing key updates
- Perform interoffice administrative coordination, creation and tracking of documents
- IT Recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience working with CRM system (such as Bullhorn, SalesForce, etc)
- Strong use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Self-motivated and innovative in addressing routine or new problems
- Ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks with limited supervision
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
- Good time management skills
- Must be comfortable with face to face interaction, phone calls, and emails
- Attention to detail, diligence will all documentation, ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Experience in administrative support
